Exclusive Environment: This event is for our Neurodivergent Friends™. It’s a safe space to connect with others who truly understand, share experiences, and build meaningful friendships in a community made for us, by us.
Exclusive Guests and Age Restrictions: Neurodivergent attendees are encouraged to bring friends or those in supportive roles, such as a spouse, date, invited friend, support person, parent, sibling, or caregiver. Neurotypical parents not needed for support who are caring for a child younger than age 13 are asked to explore the library while they wait for their Neurodivergent Friends™ if they prefer not to leave their Neurodivergent teen or adult until pickup.Comfort First: Bring anything that makes you comfortable—noise-canceling headphones, weighted blankets, or any other comfort items—to enjoy the event fully. Please let us know if you need something to make the event accessible at the time. We will do whatever we can to support our Neurodivergent Friends™.
Staffing Considerations: We cannot provide physical assistance or more than basic behavioral support due to current staffing limitations.
Participation Waiver: All attendees must agree to our participation waivers, and attendance signifies agreement to the waiver and photography consent.
Sponsorship and Vendor Opportunities:
We encourage sponsorships to help support this and future Neurodivergent Friends™ events. Vendors are also welcome to participate by setting up tables to showcase their services. Vendors and volunteers of vendors must follow Neurodivergent Friends™ and venue rules. Registration and background checks are required for vendors, with exceptions for known organizations that background check their own staff. Your support helps make events like these possible and accessible to all attendees.
